EK Roll Forming Capabilities
Our roll forming equipment includes the latest in CNC sheet metal rolling capability with 12-foot capacity. The roll is capable of rolling 7-gauge mild steel 144 in. long into a 14 in. inside diameter. The CNC control allows quick set-up with accurate, repeatable rolling. No pre-bending is required in most instances. CNC control also allows for easy programming of shapes such as box, triangle, and ellipses with a 9 in. corner radius. EK now offers a Roundo 1/4 in. mild steel rated (4) roll full CNC controlled roll.

In order to meet the growing needs and requirements of our customers, we have expanded our capabilities to accommodate diverse materials in the roll forming process. EK’s roll forming equipment is compatible with the following materials:

FORMING
EK has close tolerance brake presses to form a variety of sizes and lengths. With proper tooling, we can form 1/2 rounds, offsets, and larger vent louvers to your specifications.
LASER CUTTING
Our laser cutting is available on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can punch standard cut-outs, raised louvers, and extruded holes to accommodate self-tapping screws.
