Custom Power Generator Enclosures
Our EK Power Products division specializes in the design and build of custom weatherproof and sound attenuated generator enclosures that eliminate noise pollution and keep the elements at bay. Using our state-of-the-art production facilities, our customers can choose from a comprehensive list of standard generator sets or work with our engineering and manufacturing teams to build an enclosure customized to their unique specifications. In times when backup power cannot fail, EK provides durable and reliable enclosures to keep you running.
Our Capabilities
At EK, our team of estimators, engineers, project managers, and expert manufacturers work together to handle all the design, production, powder coating, and assembly in-house to eliminate production downtime and optimize time to completion. Our enclosure components are sourced, designed, manufactured, and finished at our Complete Manufacturing facilities just down the road, and are transported to our new Power Products facility for further development, final assembly, testing, and storage. Because we do not have to rely on outside vendors to manufacture individual components for our generator enclosures, we can maintain tight control over the quality, production, and delivery of every part, ensuring a safe, reliable final product that meets or exceeds expectations.
Designed to Withstand Destructive Conditions
We use heavy-gauge steel for all our generator enclosures to protect from external damage while effectively handling the weight of large-scale generators. Our enclosures are designed, manufactured, finished, and assembled to withstand a number of external elements including wind, water, ice, temperature fluctuations, and more to ensure a reliable source of backup power in even the worst conditions.
